Signing in
Sign in with your work email address and your password.
First time? If HR created your account, you don't have a password yet. Open the link in your welcome email, or choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page and enter your work email — you'll get a link to choose a password.
After several wrong attempts, sign-in is paused for a few minutes to protect your account. Wait, then try again, or reset your password.
Changing your password
Choose your name (top right) → Change Password. Use something long that you don't use anywhere else.
Two-factor sign-in
Two-factor sign-in asks for a 6-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy…) after your password, so a stolen password alone can't open your account. It is optional for most people; your organisation may require it for HR and admin accounts, and for anyone given access to leave reports or pay details.
- Choose your name → Two-factor sign-in → Set it up.
- In the authenticator app, add an account and scan the QR code.
- Enter the code the app shows. Save the backup codes you are given somewhere safe — each one signs you in once if you lose your phone.
Lost your phone and your backup codes? Ask your system administrator to reset two-factor sign-in on your account.
Your profile
Your name, department, supervisor and employment details are kept by HR. See them under your name → My Profile, and tell HR if anything is wrong.
Light or dark screen
Under your name → Appearance, choose Light, Dark or System (follows your phone or computer setting, and changes with it). Your choice is saved to your account, so it applies on every device you sign in on.
